[CUSTOMIZE BEFORE LAUNCH] StewardReach is a ministry growth platform operated by B.Ent Group that helps churches and ministries automate content creation, guest management, and outreach. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must have the right to upload any content (sermons, media) to our platform
  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful ministry-related purposes
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided about your ministry
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding data collection from guests
  • You agree to review AI-generated content before publishing

3. Payment Terms

[CUSTOMIZE BEFORE LAUNCH] Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free trial periods are available for new accounts.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (sermons, media, text). AI-generated content created from your uploads is owned by you. StewardReach does not claim ownership of your content but requires a license to process and display it within the platform.

5. Termination

[CUSTOMIZE BEFORE LAUNCH] Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for 12 months.

6. Limitation of Liability

[CUSTOMIZE BEFORE LAUNCH] StewardReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content should be reviewed by ministry staff before publication.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
